Product details

Shave grams, add strength, and forget about rust. This Grade 5 titanium banjo bolt in M10 × 1.25 pitch drops straight into dirt-bike or street-bike calipers and master cylinders, sealing brake fluid with a factory-fresh look. It’s pre-drilled for safety wire and ships with fresh copper crush washers, so you can torque, ride, and show off that titanium bling the moment the box lands.

Features

  • Pure Grade 5 titanium—about 45 percent lighter than steel and completely corrosion-proof

  • Exact M10 × 1.25 mm thread for coarse-pitch Nissin, Honda, Yamaha, Surron, Talaria, and more

  • Safety-wire holes ready for race-day tech inspection

  • Copper crush washers included for a leak-free seal

  • Single-banjo design keeps the fluid path compact and clean

Install Guide

  1. Remove the old bolt and washers, catching any brake fluid.

  2. Slide a new copper washer on each side of the hose fitting.

  3. Finger-start the titanium bolt and make sure the threads glide smoothly.

  4. Torque to 20 – 25 N·m (15 – 18 lb-ft) or follow your bike’s manual.

  5. Pump the lever, check for leaks, and safety-wire if you’re racing.

FAQs

Do I need thread sealant or anti-seize?
Kind of. You should use anti-seize if installing into aluminum, make sure the anti-seize is copper or nickel based. You should not use thread locker on titanium hardware

Can I reuse the washers?
Best practice is to replace them every time you remove the bolt.

Will this fit a Brembo RCS master cylinder?
Brembo uses fine-thread M10 × 1.0. Grab our M10 × 1.0 titanium banjo bolt instead.
